WTF is up with NATS?
So about a month ago, a buddy of mine decides it's time to get off the ccbill affiliate setup, and move onto his own software. I suggest NATS, of course, since they are the big dog on the block now and as an affiliate, i prefer my experience with their software.
Well, he e-mailed them once about 3 weeks ago, filled out their form after that...... no reply Yesterday he calls, no one answers (both support & sales) Today he calls, no one answers (both support & sales) Now he's paranoid that their support would be equally as shitty and mirror the experience he's had with them up until now. Can anyone give me some feedback on what they are like to deal with and what the magic method is for getting in touch with them so i can relay it to my buddy? Thanks |

Sales option goes to my desk. I have been out of the office a bit the past two days taking care of things for the upcoming Qwebec show (been very hecitc). I have not received any voicemails I have not returned, has your friend left one? There is a receptionist there 10am-6pm mon-fri, simply press 0. All e-mails and form submits are replied to. Does your friend have a spam blocker which may be rejecting my reply? Who is your friend so I can see if I have replied to him or not. Thanks! |
SinBucks proudly uses NATS and we have never had any issues getting a hold of someone over there when we need to. John is actually pretty easy to get a hold of compared to others.

Also, I appreciate you recommending us :) I'm glad you're happy with the software as an affiliate. We treat our clients very well (at least we do our best to). I will also be in the office nearly all of tomorrow (10am-6pm) and my extension is 111.

We use NATS and it is super easy to get ahold of someone. They are easy to get a hold of by email, phone, support ticket etc.

I just purchased NATS. It's not setup yet because I'm not ready on my side, but I had no trouble tracking down Sales and getting invoiced. So far so good as far as support, in my eyes.

NATS has been great! I usually get a reply to all my questions within 12 hours, and when need be they will go beyond the call of duty to assist you. :)
