What happens to your website when you die?
 

Is it just going to float around the web like a soul less zombie waiting to be expired from non-payments?

it will be taken down after a month when nobody pays the hosting bills!

The one's from my wholely owned company would roll over (willed) to my next family member. The 70% of the production company would also roll over.

So they would get the money that comes in from the site(s) and company(ies). They could either sit on it, and enjoy the money, or learn how to run them their selves, and make some nice coin. Or, could always sell them off. I'd be dead, so what would I care.

I have trained my wife to manage my sites should anything happen to me

They would stay active till your host shut you down, or if i get someone that can take over them then they can run them, and make mad loot from them
