What enrolled program are good for new starters?

And what is their "CAN Spam"? I thought all spams are ban?

I don't know what you mean by enrolled program? I use the pay per sign up, and I'm very happy with it.

Can Spam is a set of rules that allow you to mail people legally if you follow them. Many sponsors want no mail traffic at all, but others still accept it. I'm not a mailer, so I don't know what Reality Cash does or doesn't accept.
