Referrer spam question B2evo vs Wordpress.
 

Okay something I'm noticing with my B2Evo blog that I started months ago vs newer blogs I used wordpress on...I get a lot of referrer spamming.

I've deleted links to the stats pages etc etc so nothing shows but these fuckers still hit me every day trying to steal my traffic.

Is this only an issue with b2evo because it had the publicly viewed stats page?

Because honestly I never see this on my wordpress stats.

how are they stealing ur traffic by refer spam?

i can understand if u said comment spam...

b2evo shows your latest referrers..so they spam non-existent pages on your blog whatever so they show up in that list and instead of real link trades getting traffic back because they show on the blog all they get is links back to bannerfarms.
