Can't open links via outlook?

When I click on links via outlook express they don't open IE anymore. Anyone have any ideas?

Try removing the ICQ toolbar from IE. I heard of someone with the same problem today who fixed it with this.

Or I think you can hold CONTROL down while clicking it
