Rising gasoline prices spur thefts, violence
MONTGOMERY, Alabama - The death of an Alabama service station owner illustrates the point that a gasoline industry group makes over and over to its members: Losing money during a drive-off isn?t worth losing your life.
Husain ?Tony? Caddi, 54, died Friday after being run over by a driver who police believe wasn?t going to pay for $52 worth of fuel. Police are searching for the driver of the gold or tan Jeep-style SUV. The rest of the story! Yep. Let the people that own the stored die in the streets like dogs. They were scum anyway. It is much better to chase down the bad porn people, than to do someting about the gas prices, and the war monger! |
That's really fucked up.. Imagine if it hits $3 - $3.50..
Wait until it hits 5$ and it will Bush's time is getting short in office, and he wants to make as much as he can while he can.
its just too depressing to hear news like that.
Yeah, I feel the same way. but it is going to get worse. And the CC theft is coing to get worse also.
Yeah maybe I'd have some sympathy if American's didn't already enjoy realtively cheap gas prices.
You're starting to pay more in line with the rest of the World and the spurs you to violence? Weak. |
Not enough reason to do crime.
in 2 years it will hit $6 per gallon.
I predict gasoline stations will be raided by outlaws and desperate citizens when it reached that $10 per galoon--the absence of peace and order.

That will occur at just over $5/gallon IMO |
my wifes sister had to quit her job and get one that paid less closer to home because it was costing her 40 bucks a week in gas to go to work.
