they're right up there with people whom you've helped over and over.. who's britches have become so big that they can no longer be bothered replying to you, or god forbid initiate contact... unless of course they want something.

I think it's a great thinking! Getting involved into their games means that you are loosing. Running their shit in your head over and over means that they've got what they wanted.
