Nah. I am not a baby talker. Never have been. Had a old friend back in the day who used to do it all the time. Sounded like a sap. Maybe that's one of many reasons I do not do it. I referred to them as 'Sweet Harn's". Partically because of his last name, but also because he would use 'sweet heart' and this fairy voice when trying to woo some new lady.

I always thought that when I eventually have kids, I'm going to be just like that. Speak to them like adults, help them out with homework EVERY single day beginning when they're young. When they get older, it'll seem natural. They'll speak well and have no shame about doing school work. I think this sets a lot of kids apart. Kids with this background have an advantage over other kids.
