I grabed the security video from the side of my house, called the cops and showed them the video.

The cocksuking pigs say they can't do anything b/c the police did not witness it.

They said it's a civil matter and your dog is just your property.

So I asked,,,"what happens if my dog dies tonight?

Cops say "Call us back and we'll file a report"

I screamed in their fukin faces "How can you do that,,,you didn't witness it,,,remember?"

God forbid they'll take 3 minutes out of their day and file a fukin report.

As they were leaving, one of the cops steped in my dog's poop, and I started cracking up. I ask his partner if he witnessed that. :1orglaugh

Fucking cocksuckers. Make sure you spread the word around to everyone you can about that company and do everything in your power to ruin their name. If you are on good terms with your neighbor make sure they know about this and persuade them to fire the contractor.

Definately, if the vet finds something wrong you could at least sue them for all the costs.

The smart thing is to go and file a civil lawsuit against the landscaping company. They all use illegal aliens so they won't show up in court, nor for their depositions in all likelihood. You'll get a default judgment on them.

Also call the ASPCA. In some cities they'll be able to arrest the fucks.

Um video tape evidence is used all the time (theft, shop lifting etc. etc.). I am not sure I understand why they couldn't do anything with the evidence (provided it was very clear).

So much for the concept of a citizen's arrest... Lazy assed cops... Call the animal control officer, they'll take care of the landscapers. They are specifically endowed with arrest powers for those who abuse animals.

Find out the contact details of the landscaping company and post their details, the video and a description of what happened on a few "animal rights" boards. Their offices will be a smouldering heap within a week.

My neighbor on that side of my house is CitiBank and I've been fighting with them for years regarding their landscapers blowing their debris and trash on to my property. Last month I called the cops when they blew the trash onto my property and the cocksuking cops said,,,just blow it back onto their property.

CitiBank has sent me numerous letters saying their landscapers are doing nothing wrong and then they say please don't contact us again.

So I registered citibank-sucks.com last month and I'm gonna post the video of them spraying my dog in the face with weed killer.

If you guys got any other ideas I'd love to hear them.

This weekend I'm gonna get working on a huge 30 foot X 10 foot sign that I'm gonna hang in my trees facing citibank saying www.Citibank-Sucks.com

I just got back from the vet and everthing seems ok with my golden retriever.

They are gonna keep him over night then fully groom him in the morning.

The groomer said she'll pretty much have to shave him to be sure they got all the shit off of him. She said he will not look like a golden retiever when I pick him up, he'll look like a yellow lab. The trick here is to keep video taping the landscaping company every time they come out. That way you can document the blowing of debris onto your property and other actions.

Trying to get the cops envolved in civil issues is damn near next to impossible.

Now each time they blow debris into your yard or whatever, call up a different landscaping company to do a clean up. Get reciepts. Then the same day they are done cleaning up the stuff blown into your yard file a small claims case against the landscapers of citi bank and citi bank themselves. Do this every damn single time and make sure you ask for court fees in your paperwork.

As for your dog, yet dogs are treated as property and are seen as property in the eyes of the law. Do make sure you also get reciepts for the vet visit, the shaving and everything else envolved. Do not try to get cute though and go after pain and suffering or anything that like. It does not fly in such cases and can get your case thrown out.
Then proceed to file a case against both parties yet again. Though make sure you also add to the paperwork current and future related vet bills due to the pesticide spraying. FYI there is no cash limit on a sick animal that needs ongoing treatment for years, but there is one if they just outright kill it.

You could also make a copy of the video, then contact them again and make it very clear that you will be sending that video to all of the local news stations if they don't make this shit right.
