We have been getting many offers for our company to complete work for a client and then get paid. We may be new to the board,but not new to the game of scammers.

Please Call out anyone that has scammed you on design work. Thanks. :thumbsup

never had the problem...i usually get a gut feeling talking to them

i've been beat once by a programmer, but their weirdo's anyways....typically its not because they can't do it, its because they become bored with their work

thats why i keep my guys on their feet doing cutting edge shit now, same with designers...now guys like machine gun kelly, you dont gotta bust his balls to get quality work

Had a few when I first started out, around 5 years ago...

Had a good run since, as pr0 mentioned, you tend to pick up on bad vibes during a conversation.

i turn down clients who doesn't want to atleast give 30%-50% downpayment. but still, there are some who wants us to work without giving shit and stuff. too bad :Oh crap

Yep. especially when they keep tryng to get a lower price then they get a price which is not what they were looking for ,but said they would accept it. Oh yeah, now they want to pay for it at the end.

I hate scammers and people that just waste your time. 90% of the clients which we have are not like that. Thank you to all of the clients which have placed orders these past 2 weeks.

Yeah , we had that as a payment option before. That was quickly changed. Epassporte , Paypal, Xoom, Money Bookers, or a wire is good for me.

ask for half money up front, or full, if you dont know them, people i have worked with over and over know me and know i will pay.

or always put a sample gloss over the design and remove it when they pay

True, we do that on most of our work. If the client would like to scam us, our designers still have to get paid.

Yeap, this asshole spammed his site AffiliateScams.com claiming he's not the owner and liing to everybody :)
