What Jules says is not actually found in the Bible. It is slightly different depending on which translation, but mostly something like:

25:17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.

Most of what Jules says is simply made up. :)
