bullshit gatekeeper they got now for seeing a Chiroprator?

Before i went all the time n shit no worries , $5 copay.....now i gotta fill out a form saying how I am progressing to get more "allotted" visits.

do you have to have the chiropractor sign anything verifying your "progress"?

heh I have blue cross/blue shield for $80/month on a similar plan. I haven't been to a doctor in over 2 years though.
