What's Your Favorite Chineese Food ?
When I eat Chineese, I always order the same old stuff. It's damn good, but I was thinking about branching out with new dishes.
Right now I eat General's Chicken, Saesame Chicken, and Pepper Steak. What do you people eat ? |

orange chicken, strawberry chicken, shrimp and black bean is my typical Panda Express order, but if I'm at a more upscale type place, I usually grab a little fried tofu with black bean sauce and beef and brocolli
|
My faves are sweet and sour chicken (or pork), beef and brocolli, schezuan shrimp and egg rolls.

I just remembered I had this pic.... A few of us had lunch at Todai recently and Boneprone and I decided to just say "fuck it" and pulled our chairs right up to the Sushi line. The management was not impressed but they did tell us our meal was free while security was escorting us out of the restaurant.
True story. http://www.aaron-matthews.com/pics/todai.jpg |
The hot and sour soup at my favorite cheow-meow joint is fan freakin tastic. Also all of their satay dishes like satay shrimp are nice and spicey hot. I really like the polynesian dishes too, the stuff with the leechee fruit in it is awesome, like "singapore mai-fun" or "shrimp fiji". I'm into spicey stuff lately, so the spicey san goo dop choy dishes are super too.
Btw, I recently read a book titled "Overpopulation in China" written by a chinaman named "Wee Fukem Yong"... true story. <font face="Verdana"><b>___________</b> CD * <a href="http://www.sunsetbeachbabes.com/" TARGET="_blank"><font color="#FFFFDD"> Sunset Beach Party</font></a> Centerfolds ~ Amateurs ~ Teens, <a href="http://www.sunsetbeachbabes.com/webmasters.html" TARGET="_blank">new trades</a> welcome. * <a href="http://clickthrutraffic.com/scripts/signup.php?referer=cdsmith" TARGET="_blank"><font color="#FFDDFF"> Click-thrutraffic.com</font></a> 5 cents up to 20 cents per click! * <a href="http://www.erasercash.com/wm.html?ID=1380291" TARGET="_blank"><font face="Verdana" color="#FFCCCC">ERASERCASH!</font></a> Earn $35 per sale + webmaster referrals <i>4 LEVELS DEEP</i></font> |

|
I like sweet and sour chicken or sometimes pork, beef and brocolli & orange chicken.
|
Even though I normally like the hot stuff, I decided to try my favorite local restaurant's Egg Foo Yung recently and it was outtasight! Ever had your choice of meat with blackened orangepeels. Also, my local eatery makes a dish with chicken and spinach leaves (just slightly spicy) which I like a lot.
|
boneless general tso' ribs. the best.
|
I'm not a real big fan of Chinese food... but when I have it, I usually order something plain like chicken fried rice along with egg drop soup.
Now, when I'm the mood for real Oriental food, I'll go to a Thai restaurant -- gotta love that Panang Curry :thumbsup |
