The fist one was ok - the second one? Sucked terribly... this is only my opinion by the way, but from most of the sources I have heard from they seem to agree. Just plain terrible

It has nothing to do with not knowing what comedy is about...we know what comedy is about...the fact is because humor is so hard to translate you will find something that's a bit more on the physical side of comedy funnier than a more subtle movie.

I remember a couple of German friends thinking the funniest movie they had seen that year was Hot to Trot starring Bobcat Goldthwait.

If I had even found that movie remotely funny, I would have had to kill myself.

lol... nah i mean more that they seemed to concentrate on the nudity and not talk about the flick itself....
subtle humor is great, i laughed my ass of with 'meet the parents'..
then again, 'meet the fockers' was a terrible movie...

The more insulting and rude a comedy is, the better and funnier it is.

If its anything like: Deuce bigalow 1, or even better, Freddy got fingered, then i bet im gonna love it.

Didn't see the first one, but I though Freddy Got Fingered was fucking hilarious. However Duece Bigelow 2 is horrible, don't waste your time.
