User submitted pics and 2257?!
 

I took down my picture rating site because of 2257. However, I have heard some site owners got their lawyers to determine that such sites that allow users to upload pics are considered to be service providers.

Can I do this to? What can I do to get my picture rating site back up and safe from the Feds?
