How to fight jet lag?
Ok, so yesterday I went to sleep at 8pm and got up at 3am and couldn't fall asleep again.
Today I went to sleep at 11pm and woke up at 3am and I can't fall asleep again. Should I: 1. Lay in bed and wait. 2. Go to cool 24/7 restaurant, order some spicy wings and coffee and do some work using my laptop 3. Read GFY until I shiver silently and mummer "Juicy", "Juicy" ? |
I'm having the same problem as you. I woke up today at 15:30 PM. I'm still awake now at 2:15 PM. It's going like this almost 3 months straight already. Sometimes I dont sleep at all for 30 hours +- or so. I dont like it either, I tried many times waiting till next day 10 PM and then wake up early but it doesnt seem to help :(
It feels like I'm living American times in Europe. |

I just take a rest whenever I feel wasted after long hours of trip.

Drink copious amounts of Gin.
