Saw that shit yesterday. The most ludacris fuckin judgement I have ever heard. I know the Judge is going to get a world of shit for this one.

The courts or government did not take the ranch from him.

He transferred ownership to his sister before going to prison and HIS SISTER gave them the ranch.

I read that in the paper today (yes, some of us still read papers ;) ). Absolutely unbelievable.

This has nothing to do with the government just giving his ranch to immigrants. He beat a guy with a gun and was sued by the guy he beat. He lost ( actually never even defended himself ) and his sister gave the rance to the people who won the case to settle it.

Wake up call. If you beat someone up, no matter if they are on your property or not and they sue you and win and you don't have the money to pay them you will lose your house to them no matter where you live.

good point in pointing those facts out, BUT it wouldn't have happened had the government kept it's contract to protect us in the FIRST place. His action was AFTER the fact of the crime initiate. That's the same as if a guy broke into your home, you kicked his ass and hes sues you and wins. Believe it or not it's happened ALOT ! In some states you cannot use deadly force if someone breaks into your home! I know it sounds crazy but it's the law!

The tragedy here is a guy who needed some treatment ended up in another situation where his temper got the best of him, but the bottom line is his rights and safety were violated due to a direct act of negligence by his government and state.

That's the point the bleeding heart liberals don't fucking get. You have a BIRTHRIGHT to be protected. Not HALF protected or SOMETIMES protected.

Huh? Don't know about your country, but in the USA, we have a Bill of Rights and a Constitution which ennumerates our "birthrights". The right of being protected isn't one of the truths we hold to be self-evident.

Of course, that only solidifies the argument that people should indeed be able to protect themselves and their property. :)

He deserves it.. it's nothing about protecting his property... you can guarantee that this guy and others went looking for the immigrants who were crossing the border, nothing to do with protecting his land.
He pistol-whipped the guy... if he did that to an American everybody would say that he deserved to go to jail and loose his ranch. The problem with people like him is they think if your not white and not american then your less than human or something.
