Securing a wireless network
 

is there any way to secure your wireless network so fuckers can jack my shit from their cars sitting in front of my house? I want to set it up but don't want people leeching my shit :helpme

Wait until tomarrow (Monday) because McAfee is gonna release a Wi-Fi security program that looks pretty interesting. It's getting released on their website Monday then next month in stores.

They say that the program will automatically set up encryption keys on Wi-Fi routers and the PCs connected to them and then rotate the keys every three hours. I think that's pretty damn secure.

sorry there is no real way to secure wifi.

Your router interface will let you set the type of encryption for your wireless network. After you have your keys, set them at your wireless access points through the appropriate interfaces.
