Hivelocity.net is not all Cogent. We have a BGP mix of Level3, MCI and Cogent with Global Crossing being turned up next week. Our unmetered servers that start at $79/month are Cogent backed up with Level3. For the price you are asking a lot if you want more than that.

If you want the BPG mix of all we can do that, it just wont be unmetered bandwidth.

real server with real bandwith is 99, managed is 50 extra. if you want quality, it costs more. Good luck to you either way
