Oversaturation is there such a thing
Is there such a thing as oversaturation for a site? Bangbros and Nastydollar sites are all over the place and they still convert well.
|
If you're the paysite owner, no. If you're a promoter, it depends.

I don't think a site can be "over saturated", rather how it's promoted is what causes the over saturation. |
oversatured!=overpromoted.

Absolutely there is.
Many webmasters use pop ups, blind links and other misleading information to get Johnny surfer to the front page of a site. Once he gets there - what he sees isn't what he was lead to believe he would see so he closes out the window and moves on. When Johnny surfer goes to another site that doesn't employ such tricks and that webmaster adequately entices Johnny to visit - he sees the front page and he'll remember it - he'll also remember he left as quickly as he got there - and leave again. To combat that - the program owner has 2 options Make their program invite only! Update the tour pages often! |
Oversaturating content with zero brand development and no renewable product is possible. On the other hand, Bang Bus is everywhere and continues to sell at a solid pace.
Whether you own a paysite or a free site the following rules apply: Create a brand. Renew your product. Maximize distribution channels. |
Not for dating sites the more people signed up there the better for conversions :winkwink:
