Take Melatonin , it works good and not addictive like Ambien. I still have Ambiens but wont take em unless I am taking a long flight

It's burning like hell and they are about to explode. Which pills do you recommend?

Shit right now id take anything if I thought it would help. Going thru my 6 month cycle of insomnia. And it sucks. Getting old does too lol

if you are really having sleeping issues , go to your Doc and get Ambien and use em for like 14 days or so

Warning: they are addictive so go easy on em.

I might. Really dont like pills. Would rather smoke a big joint but its dry around here till harvest in October lol Ill see if I can get an appt next week

I pay the higher $30 copay for em whether i get 7 pills or 21 , god i love hos they mark up these meds prices.

Ive been told I probably have sleep apnea and should get one of those masks too but hell its hard enuff sleeping without all that fucking noise. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh Long term? Iwouldnht call it that. It happens once or twice a year.
