Thinking of starting a paysite. Spam me with what I need and how much it will cost.

Me and a few friends are thinking about starting a paysite. They basically run a stripping outfit and want to do something in online adult. I have money and resources to make that happen.

Can someone answer the "What do I need right off the bat," type of questions for me?

#1, Content, how much do I need. Site will be similar to Nubiles in that the girls will be 18 to 22 and all ethnic ranges.
#2, BW, how much will a new site need in its first 1 to 3 months?
#3, Can someone from CCBILL contact me on ICQ 161124-816?
#4, Designers, how much for a 2 to 3 page tour, 10 or so FHG templates, buttons, etc??? Also a basic affiliate site with a cookied CCBILL affiliate system.

Thanks in advance!

Dont start one unless you got at least 30k even then that wont leave much room to grow if you dont make much the first month or two.

Been here since 2k3 and no idea where to begin on your own?

You won't make it, save your $.

Lucky for me, I don't listen to you until you are posting the 50th+ reply in a thread.

I have an idea where to begin my own... see the list above this post.

Not a problem and I am well aware of the break down for how long it will take to become profitable...

Now, can anyone answer my questions?

You will need content :upsidedow

God, what an open ended question

None of those questions can really even be answered, so many variables.

I'd be happy to help you with hosting, but your question simply can't be answered without knowing traffic, number of joins, retention, amount of content, how many GB used per member, etc. Its a fast paced game, things change and move quickly. Your best bet is to start out dedicated and grow from there.

You need a shooter (photo and video), a designer, a webmaster, a marketing pro, and friends to help you get targeted traffic to the site once it is online.

It took me one year (date of first shoot) to get my first pay site in orderand ready to accept sales. And yeah, it took a lot more money than I expected.

As with any business, you look at your investment versus *potential* ROI.

I'm just starting to see consistent returns.

If you're already really good at running websites (or shooting, or marketing, or have enough friends) then that will take some of the load off at least.

Sorry but that post you made speaks volumes about the idea you have about what costs are involved in running a program...

still hope this helps...

Totaly depends on how you organize it, plus don't forget to put some plugins and workout some deals with other sites members...

#2, BW, how much will a new site need in its first 1 to 3 months?

That question...no offense but its a bit stupid...

I mean how do you expect to know that, it depends on many variables (how big are your tours, how optimized are your pics, what you offer in your members area, FHG's, free hosting for affiliates,etc..) The list is endless...

You shouldn't expect to guess how much the site will you but yet start with something realistic and above all BURSTABLE not only connectivity wise but also hardware wise...leaving you free space to increase according your needs...

#3, Can someone from CCBILL contact me on ICQ 161124-816?

Contact Jeff @ 49-584-169 and he will answer your questions/doubts

#4, Designers, how much for a 2 to 3 page tour, 10 or so FHG templates, buttons, etc??? Also a basic affiliate site with a cookied CCBILL affiliate system.

Ok thats something also very very vague...I mean you can get from bottom of the barrel design to top notch imagine its like asking what car brand you should get and ranging from Kia to Aston Martin

Nevertheless my suggestion on this one is to contact some reputable design studios (not just 2 or 3 but alot) and explain them what you want and how you want..

Plus its a good idea for a new program to try totaly different approaches, that meaning different designer styles can AND do make a difference with the results.

Also 10 FHG's is way too limited I mean...

Now for some extra stuff you seem to have forgot:

- Your bussiness structure plan as a whole
- Your marketing expenses (and trust me this one will cost you big to be effective)
- Incentives for people to promote your program (nowadays saying your program is the best on the net and whatnot aint gonna do shit)
- Your script expenses
- Your support expenses
and many others

hope this helps and sorry for any typos but i'm doing like a gazillion things attm ;)

cheers :thumbsup

It all starts with a business plan.
Then avoid very broad questions when getting assorted advice. Stick to 1 element at a time when seeking it. This will concentrate opinions and advice and make things much smoother.

If you don't know what you need, you are probably not ready to start a paysite :2 cents:
If you need help with coding though, icq: 33375924.

Thanks to you and thanks to Hunter.

Got the design worked out... got the hosting worked out... contacting CCBILL and shooting first series of content this weekend.

Host is handling the scripts.

The net doesn't need any more paysites :winkwink: . My only advice to you is to make sure you have plenty of CAPITAL and INTERNAL TRAFFIC before you open this up to affiliates.
