They haven't got the insane babble down yet. They first have to learn how to stand behind the prisoners in dark clothes and masks, babbling on and on like a lady in a Pentecostal church speaking in tongues.

Seymour Hersh detailed it pretty well. Beyond sadistic. People being shot in the head after being raped, children involved etc etc. Anyone that wants to see that is disturbed.
