I have lots of friends in Holland and even went there to visit a bunch a couple of years ago, but I just found this funny as hell when I saw it :1orglaugh

Not funny. We've had this problem a few years ago..

and indeed we are very funny.. but the url pointing out why.. aint!

First of all, there is no fun in that article. Like others said, this is a serious threat. A few years ago tons of poultry had to be killed for the same reasons.

What is funny is that there is a discussion if the farmers that have to put their chickens indoors still can sell their eggs for the prices as if they were laid outdoors. You see, in Holland (and I'm sure other countries too), eggs from chicken that live 'freely' outdoors are more expensive than those from chickens that live indoors.

it aint funny....it's preventing a major outbreak.
I'd call us dutch smart in this case. but then again we do have some funny ways :)

What is funny about it? Also are you aware that the virus can also kill humans? 2 years ago a Dutch vet died...Also in China around 70 ppl died because of this virus...

Yeah the Dutch are pretty cool people. I had two Dutch guys live with me in Canada on and off for a year or so. Great guys!
