99% of people getting them will be lucky to send 2 sales a month me think.

i have no problems with them just seems to be pandering to surfers/newbies mostly.

I am not sure about that analysis. For me the fan sign is all about new traffic. I get the sign with the model holding my url and I blast it out to every yahoo group, P2P network, etc.. The idea is that some guy is searching for the 'model' finds the pic and when he sees my url he comes and checks it out

I offer a good enough product that if I get him there he stays and comes back. If he joins the 'models' site great (although unlikely) but once he is on the site I have the chance to sell him alot of stuff.

That is my 2 cents. Think it has any logic to it?

If you refuse to admit that part of the fan sign concept isn't for feeding egos you're only fooling yourself. Nothing wrong with it, I'm just pointing it out is all.

I've photoshopped my URL on other people's fansign pics after missing the deadline to get mine in. That seems easier, I think I'll just do that every time.

Do you realize that you do not have a link back to your homepage from your fansign page? I surfed through them and was curious to look at your homepage. When I couldn't get there I was too lazy to type in the url and said 'fuck it' and closed the window.

I've seen some other benefits too :winkwink:
