If a sponsor released a sig program, how would you want it to work?

If a sponsor were to try and add a solid sig program, how would you envision it working? What kind of rules, payouts, functionality??

What would make you think of it as any other program, instead of spam/sigwhoring ??

no less then 5k posts before you can be part of the program

(that kills the flock of noobs)

no other sponsors in the sigs, if cought all $s forfited
(tons of people have paid sigs, then 3 other sigs to other companys that offer the same products.)

no useless posts, just to increase post count/get paid more thats also a deal breaker.

just some ideas

Also adding some sort of produtivity tracking would be nice ;)
