Damn that sucks. come back from a trip took my xbox for some friends in my suite case and it is dead. I have to get a friend of mine to look at it as he put a chip in to play burned games. :winkwink:

I had a software upgrade done on mine, its OK though due to this cant go live and it will need rebooting a million times to get the console up.

lol the same thing happened to mine about a year ago. it worked fine forever modded, then one day just burned up. ahh well.

I have one for games and one acting as my media center.

The game unit I messed up this morning while upgrading the HDD.

Hopefully I can fix it without wasting 10 hours.

No need to put a modchip in them either. You can modify your XBox using some software exploits.

I'm already on my second xbox. First one took a shit about 2 years ago.

I haven't gotten one yet. I only have playstation though.
