about these outsource places
 

I'm to the point where I can use the extra help, the question is are these places worth it? I could probably give them more work then they complete in a month but again, are they slow as to drag your projects out so you spend more money etc. Are there ones that are better then the others? Is it a total waste of time and should I just keep hiring people per project off like rent-a-coder?

I've had good and bad experiences, but mostly very good.

I'm using one for the first time right now.. so far it's been really good.

You really have to be specific with *exactly* what you want.. but it's so cheap I think it's worth it.
