only thing u can do is use a sharpen filter in photoshop or use another combinaison of filter to cheat on it

there absolutely no way to make a picture clearer, all you can do is try cheat a lil by add some contrast

Tip: Nobody should go for a Cellphone when u want make contents :)

OK I never do it that way so I needed a min... Go down below the submit button and you will see "attach files"... click "manage attachments" and you will get a window that pops up where you can click "browse" and then upload any image on your computer without having to upload them to an actual server first.
