TGF, your fonts were set to "smaller" when you designed the site. Set them to "medium" just for a lark.

I think it's really good.

My only suggestion would be on the second page to put a box around Jennifer Lopez like you have on the first page. Otherwise it looks like her legs are cut off.

I'd change the URL for the members area from www.yoursite.com/members/ it is too easy to bypass and you end up with a load of kids and freeloaders burning up your bandwidth, not only don't you get paid for the membership they didn't buy but chances are they won't buy anything from your sponsor either. Change it to something less obvious to stop the freeloading bastards costing you money.

This actually isn't my site.. sorta, I just run it for a guy. I have no idea on how celeb-pics work. He just assured me that it's Ok to use 'em. He runs dozens of celeb sites.

Bottomline is, whoever shot those photos owns the rights to them, not the shady charachter you are "running the site" for.

Celeb pics are not illegal if you own the rights to use them, which you do not.

TGF, if you didn't get the pics from a licensed dealer you are stealing them. Ignore celeb pics. Go for the CyberAge pics...

They don't have licences... most of the sites say "Since 1996" etc...

Is there an official word on celeb sites somewhere, never done these before.

When dealing with celeb pics, in addition to copyrights to the images, wether from a magazine , photographer, TV & Movie Studio, etc, you also need to contend with what's called Rights of Publicity which makes it illegal to use any public figure or celebrity image or name for commercial purposes without their consent.

I used to say it was for a friend as well, but that was because I didn't want to be laughed at. Now people laugh at me all the time, (I feel like Spacedog) Now I just cry myself to sleep, that seems to help. If I wake up in a puddle of my own piss, I just tell my wife that it's sweat.

and it's not registered to the same person/country as teenmafia.com

If you are going to do celeb stuff just get on with it and keep your mouth shut. With luck your sites will stay up for a very long time before anyone complains and this usually happens when you become a little too prominent and some asshole gets jealous. Stay away from pics that are exclusive to particular web sites and your pages will stay up.

Celebs feed off internet popularity, use common sense and you will have no problems.
