The argument is that anybody can use them anonymously and therefore an underage person could use them to buy adult material.

Credit cards can be used by minors anyways. Hell they can buy them at most local stores now anyways.
Epass just makes you jump through hoops to get the card and has a few more stop measures than the prepaid cards do.

So you know sliced bread was one of the worst things that could of happened to the bread industry.

Not much use for UK residents though, as its illegal to use these to pay for any adult material from the UK. No ordering dvds, no website subscriptions... Surely these were the main reasons for inventing these types of credit cards anyway....
