This may be a reaction to the recent notification from visa last week. Acquirers are required to search all websites for potential child porn. Websitebilling received its memo last week asking to review all sites with the following in their name:

Visa is moving swiftly to stamp out potential exploited children.

It looks like this is only on accounts that are using them for full processing of the transaction (sign up & handling of the money). If you have your own merchant account which handles the money, and only use Ibill to process the order this is not happening.
