funny thing is.. I haven't run a site with video on it since like august of 99, and it was all third party lease content... and I don't even own the domain anymore.

yeah, I got one yesterday too. The funny thing the site they are talking about didn't have any videos on it.

Old domains, domains that never had video, so on. Reason being is they are operating off of a list they aquired. And to that company :321GFY

I forgot about them... didn't know they were still doing this shit.

When the acacia thing first started, I actually called them to question this. I didn't host any videos on my sites. They said that linking to sites that host videos, means that I'm "contributing to the infringement". How cool is that?

Just shows the fuckers need more money for their court case! LMAO!

A judge needs to throw em all in jail for abusing the legal system - that is, unless their shareholders get action first for screwing up their investment.

Got mine today and it really ruined my day. It is total bullshit. In the letter it basically says that when the case results in their favor they will hunt me down to collect money. For what?
