What would be the best way for a new girl to break into the industry?
 

What would you recommend as the best way? Keep in mind the following:

- Re-location isn't possible
- In regards to doing it all herself, let's say there was no cost on all the tech stuff (photographer, programming, hosting, design)

I think she should webcam from home, and keep building content and a following while she builds her own site...if she wants to join a program later, she can, it's harder to leave a program or network than it is to link up with one later.

I would say to start as a webcam girl, the pay isn't bad at all.
Try to pick up some regular customer's...get your name out there, that can lead to your own site, I use to work on a cam site, there was a girl that worked there, I would say she was 160 pounds...she was the leading girl! Pulling in around 80/90k a year!

Right now, I work on 2 sites...due to the summer slow down and school starting!
I expect a HUGE August, I can work on cam 30-40 hrs a week and make 1k and up, it's some work, not all that easy. Your attidude,, outfits...stocking's/heels! Best thing to do is get on cam and act, like you love being there and your soooo horny, ect!

It takes work, it's not all thats it's cracked up to be! I have no clue, what's the best site to be working right now, I perfer the smaller sites, to ifriends ect...I can work my customer's better and keep them comming back!

Thanks, right now it's no girl in particular, it was just a topic my GF and I were discussing...hypothetically, if she ever went into that, what approach would be best to get started.

I'm thinking a webcam girl from home would be the best start too, since it requires basically no investment on the girl's end and provides immediate compensation.
