i would like some opinions.

am launching a live cam website in September, one with pretty girls :)

and we plan to charge $3/minute on prepaid $25 / 50 /100 ...etc.

so the question is, do u think doing $1 for the chick, $1 for the webmaster, $1 for the traffic partner, is a nice deal?

Ahmmm, a lot of competition out there already from some strong organizations. Suggest you try working for one for awhile first. Sounds like you don't have a good feel for the ropes and the established sites will eat your lunch and take your best girls (guys).

you need to think this out a bit more... don't get hard up for money ant take it out on the others, cover your ass now, and avoid the problems later.

Where are you getting the performers from? Will they be home-based or studios?

home-based and studios. concerning performers, we got no competition, its not an issue too ;) am just looking for a few traffic partners , dont want to compete with "large networks" (spread4u is not even a large network to me...).

there is room for websites targeting conversion instead of payout.
