yes, I do have Photoshop, but I only use it for very basic things.

I downloaded ARLES but yet I do not see a command that will do what I am seeking...

With Arles, if you click on the image tab, on the right side of the window is a place to add text and below that is a place to add a logo. You need to put in the x and y axis though so it knows where to put it on the page.
Hope that maybe helped a bit.
