GEOCACHING - Any one here do it?

The basic idea around Geocaching is to have individuals and organizations set up caches all over the world and share the locations of these caches on the internet.

GPS users can then use the location coordinates to find the caches. Once found, a cache may provide the visitor with a wide variety of rewards.

This is pretty fun.

Where to get GPS Coordinate for caches based on ZIP CODES.

Yo...GHETTO GEOCACHING! Kevlar Vests and the coords to the craziest crackhouses and shooting galleries on the westside...you could pretty much use a car until you had to get out and get the crack..I mean cache...

Actually on the real...I do alot of Fly Fishing up in the mountain lakes and streams...and I'd like to be able to waypoint my favorite spots...it can be hard to find them after the snow melt changes the terrain...Plus the lake up here is huge and hard to remember certain spots...Do you have one? I'm kinda shopping around but I don't wanna make a total uneducated impulse buy...but those are the funnest buys...

The Garmin 76S GPS would be perfect for finding fishing spots. You can switch between terrain and a top down view. You can also download topo and terrain maps. I'm sure your lake would be in there.

"The unit also contains a basemap of North and South America, including major highways, thoroughfares, rivers, lakes, and borders," - Garmin

It will be out in April.
