Im not sure if its in the first or second, but that scene with the Slinky that conks out on the last step is comedy genius.

Can't stand Jim Carrey. The overacting just kills it for me. The bride digs him though, so I'm subject to his flicks and would have to say Pet Detective is one of the easier ones to stomach.

You should grab Pet Detective 2 as well, at first glance it just appears to be a lot of the old jokes rehashed but it really grows on you. :)
