Anyways, sorry if you misunderstood me. I was just saying that theplanet is like dell. Customer service is one of their main prioritize. They do whatever it takes to get you're server online. If the server goes down, they will call you on the cell. Tickets get responded in record time. If you are on an 'adult host' :winkwink: with 2 icqs and a phone #, you will know the difference when you switch to TP.

Here was a ticket i made today. 3 min respond time, no host here can say that.
