He was going to fast, if the bait car hits over 50mph they are not supposed to shut the engine off. They think if they do, the car could lose control and run into somebody. Doesn't really make any sense now does it!

They do have kill switches in them,but you'll notice he was going at a high rate of speed and they didn't want to kill the car and hurt innocent people
