images of a crime is not a crime.

Fletch XXX, a bit strange statement... But legaly it sounds right. However I think it's not good anyway :(

It isn't that bad actually, what if you don't want to view it but it gets sent to you via email with no hints pointing to what it actually is. You view the image; therefore, you download it. Should you be arrested for this mistake? I think not.

If I posted a picture of a child getting fucked in this thread that means you could be put in prison for having it in your cache.

I guess . THAT sounds more logical than not arresting people simply for downloading something.
