Skype is a good service for free. sorta like a voice comm software with irc built in.. its something most people have and use if they spend lots of time online. yahoo and aim don't really do what it does. you can voice chat with lots of stuff.. skype .. caller id .. missed calls, conferencing its decent.

Seriously.. costs nada for Skype-Skype clients and cuts down stupid high international phone call costs. Good for customer support - ya can claim you can't hear em!

Line quality can be crap, but learn to speak one person at a time! :-)
