A vast majority of the people I have worked with through GFY have been phenominal. Every now and then, like in any business, you'll get the tough ones. It's the price of doing business and it's not the first and won't be the last time someone has a complaint. You can't make everyone happy.

I'm not sure if you have your own presses or not but hit me up on ICQ. I'd love to chat with you and if you don't mind, give you some tips about your site.

The price based on customer concept is going to have you grizzled and gray in no time. Set some prices and then give discounts as you deem necessary. I'll talk to you about it in ICQ. I've been printing for 11 years so I may know a thing or two. :winkwink:

Ok, now it is time for you to go before this turns into a hijack. We have been printing for over 15 years and own a state of the art printing facility in NY. We will be listing general prices on our site by tonight. We are adapting to our new market to make sure our prices are set correctly. Our designers work around the clock due to our team of designers which spreads across the globe. We will complete your design with in the time frame that is given to us. We will also update any changes that are needed with out charging you for them. After all we are developing a solution for you and should meet your needs.
