Focus Adult Staff Clarification
 

It has come to my attention that Robert Hunchak, a photographer that used to work on specific projects with Focus Adult has not been honest with people that he has been doing work for. He has been claiming it was done in the Focus Adult name and using my company's name and credentials to get custom work as well as using stolen equipment of mine to do the work. Robert has had nothing to do with us for over 2 months, will never have anything to do with us in the future, and is doing no work in any way, shape or form for Focus Adult. If you are currently working with Robert and under the impression he is working for Focus Adult please let us know. As Robert has nothing to do with my company I can not take responsibility for his work or what he provides / if he provides what he promises so please take that into consideration if you are / or plan to deal with him in the future. If you do plan to work with him you should keep in mind that this was brought to my attention by someone he lead to believe that he was working with Focus and that he has not provided this person what was agreed upon for the project.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and I hope Robert has not misrepresented himself to anyone else and through this message will not be able to in the future.

did he steal the equipment from you, that you stole from me?

I am pretty shocked that you claim that I have stolen equipment from you as we divided the light equipment between us and you gave your equipment to Spermberg . I have surely not stolen any lights from you and I am sure that you know that too. Before you make such statements that I consider as very serious allegations I hope that you have considered the consequences.


I thought we worked our differences out years ago Mikey and simply agreed to disagree and made agreements to a 3rd party mediator to let it all drop and be done with it and not argue about it privately or publicly further. As far as I am concerned you screwed me, you feel the same way about me. We split up a business and niether side is happy with what we got from the split. We have nothing to do with each other further and will forever feel screwed by each other and their is nothing more to say about it.


This post is simply to ensure others do not get screwed by Rob and to ensure he can do no further damage to my business or any others business. You have no connection to it, no idea what it is even about and no business getting involved in something that doesn't concern you.

I have nothing further to say or argue with you about.

... hmm the way i remember it, i left MY equipment with a neutral party, you used it without my permission while i was away, then you bought it from sperm from behind my back ...

I have send one Mr. Nick Alberico several messages advising him your equipment is and has been available for pickup as it has been since very early July. You how ever have not commuicated with your employee that being Mr. Nick Alberico. I asked you in ICQ when your assistant would be available to pick up the lights which have been available for pick up and you did not respond.

Rob has contacted me to work out our differences in private and assured me he will deal with the client that has concerns. We will take this privately now between us.
