Outsourcing site work
I am a content producer in the DVD world (and an adult webmaster in the past), and I'm working with several other producer friends (people you have heard of) to put together a new site network. Between us we have several hundred DVDs of high-end gonzo content that we own, across several profitable niches, plus we all plan to shoot lots of exclusive web stuff.
Here's the question: we are all very busy guys, and while I am probably qualified to run a network of sites, I prefer not to. So the best idea we've come up with is to outsource most of the work - design, marketing, site maintenance, etc. While our budget is far from lucrative, we can afford to hire good people to make shit happen. I have a design firm I know and trust, but are there freelancers out there that do the other stuff on an hourly pay basis? Spam me if you're interested.
