Nah...red roses are boring. Everyone gives them. And red roses are more for Valentine's Day. I think these flowers I picked are perfect for getting out of the doghouse, which was the point. I think it worked. I had no idea she was going to take a pic and post it on GFY. She didn't even tell me she did it either. I just finally found the thread. All of a sudden I'm like, "Hey, Belinda started a thread. I'll check it out." And there they were. :)

The flowers must have done the trick. It's like she gave them back to you with her post (metaphorically speaking).

Much better than her aiming them at your noggin' - that vase looks lethal.

My wife actually saves all of the flowers I give her, dries them and then makes them into potpourri (the potpourri stays in her drawers...I told her I don't like my skivvies smelling that way, hehe).

Another good thing about that arrangement is that Tiger Lillies and Sunflowers last a long time.
