If you have your own dating site then you could let webmaster partner with you, so if a webmaster sends a visitor who registers at your dating site than the webmaster will receive a couple of bucks.

I'm leaning towards promoting someone elses to learn how things work before I jump in and start my own... marketing/design money is not an issue, but I want to make sure it's spent wisely.
