Website will be html only (no flash) and have a fairly simplistic but sleek design. Logo is also needed.

I don't have a formal portfolio, but sites I've designed are www.barfland.com and www.bitchfetish.com (both not safe for work). Logos, 2 html templates (primary and secondary pages), w/ css. 1 stardard animated banner + 1 button = $175.
