I am looking for an offshore hosting company that is priced reasonably and comes with a good reputation.

Realitycheck.nl & Webair Mike both quoted me some very reasonable prices on dual xeons with 4 gig of ram & a 10meg line in their amsterdam locations.

Exmasters' gift has servers in the EU.
