From gallery to my own TGP?
 

Is it ok to make gallery and submit that gallery but all links go to my TGP instead of sponsor as I am using my own content? Would that gallery be rejected by other TGPs?

you mean you would link back to your TGP instead of a paysite?

as long as you follow the rules you may not get rejected.

if you need to grow your tgp can buy feeder traffic

I go with Radiate on this one. It's just wasting your traffic if you would do that.
Just consider getting 1k raw hits on a banner on a gallery. If you'ld send it to a sponsor, you'ld probably be making at least one sale with it, so it would be worth $30 to $40.
Then consider the rates of feeder traffic, which are $1.50 to $5 per k...

But as for the question, I think it would be okay for most TGPs, although there might be a few who would decline you because you're promoting competing sites...

why would another tgp list your gallery to steal there traffic. Best way to do it is contact them and ask if you can have a hard link and give them a reciprocal link. If they say no ask them how much it would be to buy a hardlink. But dont offer to pay for it in the same email you are asking for it for free.
